    Hi Rank Math Support Team,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I recently purchased a Rank Math subscription, but shortly after, I mistakenly bought a WP Rocket subscription, thinking it was part of the package or required for my setup. I’ve now realized that this was not what I needed, so I would like to request a refund for the WP Rocket subscription.

    Could you please guide me through the process to initiate this refund? I’m providing my purchase details in sensitive data.

    I really appreciate your help and look forward to your response.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    Your recent WP Rocket transaction has already been refunded. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
