Refund Request

I am writing to express my disappointment with the AI feature for generating bulk alt text and meta descriptions. Unfortunately, the AI-generated alt text was inaccurate for the majority of the images, and the meta descriptions for pages were similarly off-target.

Within 10 minutes, all of my credits were used up on these two tasks, without yielding the expected results. Given the poor accuracy and rapid depletion of credits, I kindly request a refund for the credits used.
