    I requested a refund a few days ago because I never received renewal notice. The link that you sent me to view the message won’t let me view the reply. Please confirm you got my request and refund has been initiated for the RankMath pro edition that was charged on 6/1/2024. Thank you.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We can see that our team already processed a refund. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    You can see the refunded amount under Refunds and Returns.

    Lastly, you can check your account or call your bank to verify if the amount has been reversed.
