Refund on AI credits

    Hey, I purchase some AI credits a few days. Having tested it out, I’m not very happy with it.

    For example, I’ve just created this blog post:

    It’s very much from the person writing it, but look at the Ai Description:

    Description
    Join us in celebrating our journey and expertise in financial planning over the past eight years. Discover how we can help you achieve your financial goals.

    It’s clearly not looked at the blog post properly and is using the wrong contexts. I’ve tried it several times.

    Therefore I have to go back to ChatGPT to get a better description:

    Celebrating eight years of ISJ Financial Planning! From humble beginnings to helping clients achieve financial freedom. Discover our journey and services.

    Can I have a refund for the credits I’ve not used?

    Content AI analyzes your post and considers your site’s content as well. Based on the descriptions you provided, both generated descriptions are not significantly different.

    Most users prefer using Content AI over ChatGPT because of its ability to take your site’s content into account along with its SEO specialization. However, if you are certain about no longer using Content AI, please confirm and we will process the refund.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your Content AI Creator Plan. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.

    We are continuously improving our products so we would request you to check back in the future to see if we might have something relevant to your needs.
