    Hi,

    I have purchase Content AI by mistake, can you refund please?

    I have just purchased PRO which includes what I need for my wordpress e-commerce site.

    We can see the Rank Math PRO subscription on your account. However, we only see the Content AI starter 15-day trial that comes with the Rank Math PRO subscription.

    I have been charged for Content AI Starter x 1 $71.86 Subscription renews every 1 year. Next charge: 08/08/2024
    ($71.86)
    I have also been charged for RANKMATH PRO $83.88 Subscription renews every 1 year. Next charge: 24/07/2025 (US$115.06).

    I am running an e-commerce store and want RankMath to complete all of my product keywords and metadata automatically, but CONTENT AI does not have the capability, so I purchased RankMath PRO.

    Can you refund CONTENT AI please asap?

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your Content AI Starter Plan. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.

    We are continuously improving our products so we would request you to check back in the future to see if we might have something relevant to your needs.
