We are not sure which subscription you are referring to, as we can see that you have both the Rank Math PRO and Content AI starter subscriptions on your account.
We offer a 30-day refund policy (from the date of purchase) and we will assist you with your refund request if your purchase falls within that timeframe.

The reason that I am canceling is that after we made the purchase I decided to go with a different website host whereby these tools are not needed.
