Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with the "Referring page – None detected" message in Google Search Console. This status typically indicates that Google has not found any links pointing to your page, which can affect its ability to be indexed.
Here are a few steps you can take to address this issue:
-
Internal Linking: Ensure that you have internal links pointing to the new page from other pages on your website. This helps Google discover your page more easily. You can create links from high-traffic and relevant pages to improve visibility.
-
Sitemap Submission: Make sure that your sitemap is updated and includes the new page. You can check this in Rank Math by going to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings. After updating, resubmit your sitemap in Google Search Console.
-
Check Robots.txt: Ensure that your robots.txt file is not blocking Google from crawling your new page. You can edit your robots.txt file in Rank Math by navigating to Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Edit Robots.txt.

-
Content Quality: Make sure that the content on your new page is unique, valuable, and comprehensive. Thin or duplicate content may lead to indexing issues.
-
Request Indexing: After making these adjustments, go back to Google Search Console and use the "Request Indexing" feature again for your page.
If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, we recommend replying to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope this helps resolve your issue!

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi team, I’m facing one more problem. I have updated the favicon everywhere, and it’s showing at the top tab, but when you search my domain https://free-image-converter.io/ , you can see the favicon is not updated there. Not sure if I’m missing something. Could you please help?
Hello,
Please note that Rank Math is not responsible for controlling the favicon that appears on your website. Usually, that’s built into the theme options.
The Logo option in Rank Math > Titles & Meta settings is used for your website’s schema data.
You can check the guidelines that Google has for that here: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/favicon-in-search
Please make sure that you have the same setup on your website.
Looking forward to helping you.
