It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Can you please check further? You can try deleting the exact redirects I tried to in the screencast as I don’t need these ones anymore.

I see the issue on your site but I couldn’t reproduce it on my setup. Did you import these Redirection rules from any other plugin or using CSV file?
Also, can you add your site’s FTP access in the Sensitive Data Section, so we can debug the issue by editing some plugin files?
