Hello, I was trying to add around 1000 URLs with 410 redirect and I get an error everytime I tried. I’m not sure if 600 URLs are the max, but I’m pretty sure 700 URLs gave me the same error.

Can you help me please? I need to fight against those spam urls.

    Thank you.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Could you please confirm how are you adding the redirects on your site? We have asked since the Import redirects feature through a CSV file is only available with Rank Math PRO:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/import-redirects/#csv

If you’re importing from a plugin, please share the plugin settings and redirects so we can check as well. If you wanted to upload a screenshot, you can use this tool and share the generated link here.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I’m using the free version. I did it copying and pasting the URLs (100 each time, until reaching 600 urls): https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/how-to-add-410-redirect-in-bulk/

    Hello,

It’s likely that some of the URLs have some sort of pattern or whitespace that is not getting accepted into the URL field.

The functions that are failing are the ones that get the source URLs and try to get the information from them to add to the database table.

We would recommend checking the URLs carefully and making sure that the source on all of them is correct.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello Miguel,

I downloaded the cvs-file from Google Search console.
Some of those URLs are in chinese or japanese language, no whitespaces. Are RankMath incompatible with that?

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings, and please share the list of source URLs you wish to add to our redirection. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,
