Yeah, they seemed to have started working so maybe just caching issue when I was testing after disabling JS changes.

I’ve just changed this back as there still seems to be an issue.
I added a new redirect this morning and it didn’t work and I noticed the old redirects stopped working again. I’ve not made any edits to the site since I set this as resolved other than add a new page.

Ah, it seems to be when the URL in the source redirect has a trailing slash it doesn’t work. Luckily it recognises it with and without when left without on the source redirect URL, as on the site all include trailing slashes.. not really sure why that has happened, but imagine its something to do with the PHP update I did the other day.

Thank you for the additional information. The source URL should work regardless of whether it has a trailing slash or not. The issue is unlikely due to a PHP update. However, since the redirects are working without a trailing slash, the safe solution may be to continue using source URLs without a trailing slash and set the redirects as ‘Exact’ instead of ‘Ends With’.
