We’re working on a redesign, and before we go live, I’m trying to load all of our existing rank math settings into admin on the development environment.
I successfully did a bulk import, but redirects are not there. I attempted a direct import of just those, and they still didn’t show up.
Further, it appears that I can’t manually create any redirects – adding the normal fields and clicking “Add Redirection” visibly works, but there’s no redirects in the “Active” section (or any section really) once I do this.
It con’t to work on the live site.
Can you help? I need to add more redirects on stage and I want to ensure I don’t push a broken version live.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please check if the Redirections table exists on your database? You can do that by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status and check the Rank Math tab.
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:
https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/In case the tables are not created, let’s try to recreate them by heading over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and press the “Re-create Tables” button.
After doing this you should be able to insert the redirections correctly and let us know if this fixes the issue.
