Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Thanks for the recommendation. Was nice learning about a new tool. But if I have only Rank Math activated in Troubleshooting Mode I am not able to ad redirections. So If I anderstand it right, nothing could be conflicting.

Could you please try and repair/optimize your database. It sounds like the redirects can’t get added to the database.
