    Can you please try following this guide to enable only the Rank Math plugin and default theme? https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    See if the redirection work after doing so.

    I visited the source URL and indeed I am only seeing a blank page. Since there’s no content and not even a 404 prompt, it is possible that Rank Math wasn’t able to reach this page, hence, no redirection has been done.

    We’ve checked your website and we can see the redirection rule is correct but still, it is not working. We’ve even tried to redirect with the wp_redirect function but the page is not getting redirected.

    We’ve shared the issue with our developer and for further troubleshooting, we need access to your FTP. Please include your FTP logins in the sensitive data section so that we can check this issue further for you.

    We have heard from our developers and they provided a temporary fix on your test site.

    They have changed the code on line 159-160 at /includes/frontend/class-frontend.php#L159
    To:

    if ( $redirect ) {
       Helper::redirect( $this->do_filter( 'frontend/attachment/redirect_url', $redirect, $post ), 301 );
       exit;
    }

    Our developer also added the issue on our repository and the fix will be added on our future releases.
    Please keep an eye on our changelog for updates.

    If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
    WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

    Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.

    You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.

    Absolutely. We will release it by next week.

    I confirm that the path /puzzle-games/ is not redirected because Rank math is the problem. Activating the plugin, I get the white screen for that address. The strange thing is that your plugin is deactivated, the page does not have the 404 code, but it understands that it is from the /puzzle/ path even if it stays on /puzzle-games/.
