  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the redirects on your website. It seems that the debug redirections feature might be interfering with the normal functioning of your redirects.

To troubleshoot this, we recommend checking the following:

    1. Review Your Redirects: Ensure that there are no conflicting or broad redirects set up in Rank Math that could be affecting the URLs you mentioned. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Redirections and reviewing the existing rules.
    2. Enable Debugging: If you haven’t already, enable the debug option in Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Redirections. This will help you identify which specific redirect rule is causing the issue when you access the problematic URLs.
      Enable Debugging
    3. Check for Multiple Redirects: Sometimes, multiple redirects can be set for the same URL. Make sure to check if there are any duplicate or overlapping rules that might be causing the problem.
      More than one redirection
    4. Use the Debugger: When you access a URL that is redirecting incorrectly, you should see a debugging interstitial that provides information about the redirect. Click on the “Manage This Redirection” link to find out which rule is causing the issue.

If after checking these points the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Please note that the Debug redirection option shouldn’t cause it to change the behavior or our redirection functionality.

Also, if you see the debugging window, only the admin will see this part.

If that wasn’t it, please explain the issue you encountered or how the redirection is happening before and after you disable the debugging option.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

We are having an issue where the redirects only show a white blank page but if we turn on debugging, we can see the redirect working when signed in as admin.

    Hello @Koenzwaan,

Please note that when you enable the Strip Category Base option in Rank Math → General Settings and translate the taxonomy slug in WPML → Taxonomy Translation, the translated archive page displays a 404 error.

As a workaround do not translate the category, product, or product-category slugs. The untranslated terms won’t be visible in the URL anyway when you use any of those options.

Let us know how this goes. Also, let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

    Thank you.
