    We apologize for the issue you are facing with adding redirections in Rank Math. There could be a few reasons why redirections are not working as expected:

    1. Missing Database Tables: If your redirects are not saving or stop working, it might be due to some missing database tables. You can recreate these by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools in your WordPress dashboard. Make sure to enable Advanced Mode if the option is unavailable, and then click on Re-create Missing Database Tables.

    2. Cached Pages: If your pages are cached, the redirects may not work on your end. To resolve this, clear the cache of your caching plugin and also clear your browser and server-level caches.

    3. Module Not Enabled: Ensure that the Redirections module is enabled under WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Modules.
