The URL is getting a redirect loop since you have not set your permalinks yet to have the /blog/ and you already set up the redirect.
First, you may need to change the permalinks in your WordPress settings. Then, WordPress should automatically redirect your previous post URLs (without /blog/) to the new one.
If the automatic redirect is not working, then you can create the redirect in Rank Math.

it worked thanks but now when i google my blog and click on indexed post i dont get redirected to it but i get “page not found” no automatic redirect to that post ?

If the automatic redirect is not working, then you can create the redirect in Rank Math.
Since the redirect is not happening automatically to the new permalink you must create a redirect using Rank Math Redirections module.
