I am afraid that the credentials do not work. In regards to the “too many redirects error” error please disable the rest of your redirections one by one since it is likely that you have another redirection for the same page that is causing a conflict.
I cannot reproduce the error, would you mind sharing more info about this?

After creating a new ticket, you will be able to view the sensitive data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
