    Rank Math free

    Hi guys,

I use your plugin on all of my websites, and I love it! However, I have an issue on one single website durbinrock.com, where I can’t add redirections whatsoever. They don’t save, and I’ve tried everything in your help article.

I’ve recreated missing tables, installed a previous version of the plugin, deleted my cache and browsing history, removed my AD blocker, tried the debug redirects, deleting the plugin and reinstalling, but every time I had a URL into the redirect tool it doesn’t save in the list of redirects. I’ve never had this issue with any other sites that use RankMath, so I’m very confused šŸ˜€

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with redirections not saving on your website durbinrock.com. It sounds like you’ve already taken several steps to troubleshoot the problem, which is great.

Since you mentioned that you’ve recreated missing tables and tried various methods without success, it might be worth checking if there are any conflicts with other plugins or themes that could be affecting the functionality of Rank Math on that specific site.

Additionally, ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math, as updates often include bug fixes and improvements.

If the issue persists, please reply to this ticket with any error messages you might be seeing or any additional details about your setup. A human agent from our support team will take over and assist you further.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to resolving this for you!

    Hello,

I have the same plugins installed that I have on every blog I own.

    Hi,

I’m trying to save multiple redirections but here’s one example:

    Source URL: https://www.durbinrock.com/how-much-is-it-to-replace-a-guitar-string/
Match Type: exact (content deleted as the reason)
Destination URL: the homepage as the content has been deleted

    Hello,

Please remove the domain name from the Source URL and try like the following:

    Source URL: how-much-is-it-to-replace-a-guitar-string/
    Match Type: exact
    Destination URL: /

If the issue persists, please head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status, click the ā€œCopy System Info to Clipboardā€ button, and paste it here so we can check this further for you.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Removing the domain part fixed it. Strange as I never have to do this with my other sites but that works so thank you very much!
