    Rank Math free

HI. I 410 multiple links and now I need to edit them and maybe republish them.
the problem is when I redirect links with rank math, they disappear in post sections of WordPress. they’re not published, trashed, and others. why this happen and how can I access them in posts sections?
I disable the redirection for a link in rank math redirection and still, the posts won’t show in posts sections.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

410 pages are pages that are no longer present in your server and should be permanently gone.

Can you please share a video screencast from your end showing the specific steps you did to generate the issue? We would like to replicate this issue on our end. You may use this handy tool https://loom.com/ and share the steps to replicate this issue.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

So… I can’t recover them at all? my friend said Yoast isn’t like this. and you can recover it when making it 410. is there any way to recover 410 links? plz help me ASAP

    Hello,

I checked on my end but wasn’t able to replicate this. Setting a 410 redirection for a post URL doesn’t remove it from the published posts or permanently.

Please share a screencast of the issue on your site using a tool like https://loom.com/ so we can assist you further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

If you have already deleted the post permanently from your site then it can’t be recovered by removing the redirection. You should move the posts to the trash instead of deleting them permanently if you want to restore them after removing the 410 redirections.

Rank Math doesn’t delete the posts when you create a 410 redirection for it. It will remain in the same status as it was before creating the redirection.

Hope this clarifies your doubts. Let us know if you need any other assistance.

    Thanks.

I didn’t delete the post. and just redirected with rank math. and now it seems the posts were deleted.

    Hello,

Our plugin doesn’t delete posts automatically when you include a redirection. If the post is no longer on your website then it was deleted, even if accidentally, by someone with access to the website.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,
