  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The redirection that you’re creating, contains query strings (characters after ?).

Sorry to disappoint you, but we do not support redirections with query strings/parameters. This is something that we plan to implement in our future updates.

If you have to redirect URLs with query strings, you may use htaccess redirections or another redirections plugin that supports that feature.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that it seems you have another redirection set with our plugin for that same URL that is redirecting to another page on your website.

If you would like us to take a closer look at your website and find that redirection please provide us with working WP credentials in the sensitive data section so we can debug further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

The issue has been solved. I had created a ticket using the email id through which I had bought rank math pro subscription.

    Thanks.

    Hello,
