Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools from your WordPress dashboard.

If the Database Tools option is unavailable, enable Advanced Mode at the top-right area of the screen.

Once you are in the Database Tools section, click on Re-create Missing Database Tables.

This should create any missing tables and allow your redirections to save properly again.

Unfortunately it is still not working
i really want to try your product guys and support you instead of going to Yoast. please let me know why it is not working. you also do not recommend to have another seo tools installed so what should i do. the redirections are not showing or working after i hit the add bottom

You are trying to redirect your homepage, but Rank Math cannot support that kind of redirection.
In this case, you may need to use .htaccess redirect to achieve that kind of redirection:
RedirectMatch 302 ^/$ https://example.com/marketing-automation/
