Same here.
I have MULTIPLE sites ALL doing the same.
When I click on or enter a reroute link it redirects to /wp-admin
I ran the health check as per:

Conflicts still occur with ONLY Base WP theme and RM running.
I RESTORED a (daily) backup from 25 Sept 2020 and all redirects came good again.
I did another RESTORE from 25 Sept 2020 on another failing site and this fixed the redirect problem too.
It appears your UPDATE v1.0.48 Sep 26, 2020 is BROKEN and needs to be rolled back AND then fixed.
URGENT FiX REQUIRED as this probably fails on everyones sites but they are not yet aware of it. I know ppl using these reroutes in their advertising so they will be LOSING MONEY while this is a problem.

Yes, I also did the Site Health and enabled Troubleshooting and it didn’t resolve. I changed to the “Redirection” plugin

That should fix the issue you are facing since the last update.
Also, you can use the version control feature in such unfortunate cases to revert back to an older version
