  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the "Add New" button for redirections not working. It can be frustrating when things don’t work as expected.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause issues with functionality.
    2. Disable browser extensions: Certain extensions might interfere with the plugin’s operation.
    3. Check for JavaScript errors: Open your browser’s developer tools (usually F12) and check the console for any errors that might indicate what’s going wrong.
    4. Ensure the Redirections module is enabled: Go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Modules and make sure the Redirections module is active.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Here is a video you can follow as well:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
