  • Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with the import button not appearing on the redirections page. Since you mentioned that you are using the latest version in advanced mode, please ensure that you are navigating to the correct section to find the import option.

To import redirections, follow these steps:

    1. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Import & Export.
    2. Scroll down to the Other Plugins section and look for the Redirections tab.
    3. Make sure the Import Redirections option is selected.
    4. You should see the Import button there.

If you still do not see the import button, it might be helpful to check if there are any plugin conflicts or if your Rank Math installation is functioning correctly. You can refer to this knowledgebase article for more details on importing redirections.

Thank you for raising this concern, and if you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Hello,

Can you please confirm if you want to import the redirections via CSV file? If so, this feature is only available in the PRO version of the plugin.

In the free version, you’ll have to manually add the redirections on your website.

For more details on import redirection, you can check this URL: https://rankmath.com/kb/import-redirects/

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

I have the pro version, still i dont have the import button

    Hello,

It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
