  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the redirection tool in your Rank Math plugin. To troubleshoot this problem, please consider the following steps:

    1. Check for Missing Database Tables: Sometimes, redirects may not save or work if some database tables are missing. You can recreate any missing tables by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools in your WordPress dashboard. Make sure to enable Advanced Mode if you don’t see the Database Tools option.
      Navigate to Database Tools

    2. Clear Cache: If your pages are cached, the redirects may not work as expected. Clear the cache from your caching plugin settings and also clear your browser cache.
Navigate to the settings of your caching plugin

    3. Update Rank Math: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math, as updates often fix bugs and improve functionality.

    4. Check Redirection Settings: Make sure that the redirection you want to set up is correctly configured in the Rank Math Redirection Manager.

If you have followed these steps and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket with any additional details or errors you might be encountering, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Our plugin doesn’t support redirecting URLs from the site’s root folders like wp-content, wp-includes, etc. You will have to get in touch with your host and ask them to set a redirection rule in the server configuration file to redirect such URLs.

Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Thanks! I have another question regarding “Hit” column. What does that mean in the reidreciton tool?
