redirection to a blank page when trying to setup redirection

    Hi,

    I have rankmath installed on this property for the last 2 years, however recently started to give me an issue:

    when i try to add a redirection (with your tools) when i click “add redirection”, it would redirect me to a blank page, and would not add the redirection.

    I’ve tried already clearing the transients etc (via your tools) and few other troubleshoots, but nothing has worked.

    Also removed and reinstalled the plugin didn’t work.

    The property is this one: luxurylimoseattle.com

    I was unable to replicate the issue, the Redirection is added without any issues.

    hi unfortunately the issue keeps persisting, and at this point becoming highly frustrating and damaging from an SEO standpoint as well.

    You can see also how old redirections are not working anymore, as I personally added all those redirections, that are now an error in search console.

    The login URL has also changed, should you need to login please use the URL below:

    The rest remain the same.

    PLEASE HELP ASAP as SEO it’s suffering massively from this!!!!!!

    CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REPLY TO ME ANYTIME SOON????!!!!!! THIS IS GETTING REALLY BAD AND IM LOSING THE CLIENT FOR A STUPID PLUGIN NOT WORKING!

    TODAY I DISCOVERED DEFAULT REDIRECTION (TO 404 OAGE) WASN;T WORKING AND HAD TO SET IT TO CUSTOM URL!

    Can you please explain why 4 browsers give the same error, and why the default 404 doesn’t work (from rankmath general tab) and had to set custom URL? Also why all those previous redirection, are now gone and showing error in search console? It comes all from rankmath!

    I’ve ran a database maintenance repair and there was no issue.

    Run another database checker and again no issues.

    Cleared chache, and used 4 different browsers. Even in Incognito, same thing.

    Also please try to add more than one redirection at the time, (for example add one redirection and then another one) as sometimes at the first shot would work for me aswell, but the second shot then would go to a blank page.
