    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The source field of our redirection module is relative to the homepage and you shouldn’t add the homepage URL in the field. You just need to add the part after the homepage URL. For the first redirection rule, you should enter the whole slug: web/cate02/page01.php with the Exact match setting.

    And the second URL has a query parameter. Our plugin doesn’t support redirecting the URLs with the query parameters. You will have to use another plugin or .htaccess redirection rule to redirect the second URL.
