There seems to something that is terminating the save action on the redirections page and thus preventing the redirections from getting saved in the database.

I have logged in to your site to check the issue but I could not find what is causing it. It might be related to the server configuration, or some other issue.
All we can see right now is that the data gets sent correctly when redirection is submitted, but it does not get stored in the database for some reason.
We might be able to get closer to the solution with some changes in the plugin code. If you would like us to try that, please share the FTP access details in the Sensitive Data field.

Thanks for your help. Currently, I have also not access my own website ftp access due to the other company manage the hosting. I will tell my hosting company provide me ftp access but not sure, he will provide me or not…

Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do without FTP access, we checked everything we could from within the WP dashboard.
We could also edit the files directly from your site’s dashboard but that is not advised, because it is possible to inadvertently break the site that way, and then it can only be fixed via FTP.

I contact my hosting company, they said “We wouldn’t provide ftp access” to me having lot of websites host along my website. So, they denied accessing FTP service.
