redirection plugin compatibility

    Hello,
I have set up a huge number of redirection through the “redirection” plugin.
I was alerted that one of these links was no longer functionning and I was surprised. I noticed that when I activate the plugin redirection I get an error message in admin.
“Please keep only one SEO plugin active, otherwise, you might lose your rankings and traffic. Click here to Deactivate.”

When I click on deactive, it deactivates the redirection plugin. Yet, Rankmath has not imported the redirection I set up with this plugin. I tried to deactivate the rankmath 404 redirection feature in the setu-up. But I was unable to do so.

I just cannot redo all the redirection manually.
    What do you suggest?
    Thank you

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The redirection plugin performs similar functions as Rank math redirection module. If you wish to use the redirection plugin, please disable the redirection module in Rank math dashboard. If you wish to import redirections into rank math, ensure Rank math redirection module is active then head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Import & Export and under plugin importer you should see the redirection plugin data that can be imported.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Awesome. I have imported the redirection from the redirection plugin and deactivated it.
    Thank you so much
