To start, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin. The current version is v1.0.259.1. If you are not on this version yet, we recommend updating the plugin and then testing the redirections again.

If the plugin is already up to date, please go to Rank Math → Status & Tools → Database Tools and click on the Re-create Table button. This will rebuild the Rank Math database tables and can help resolve issues related to the Redirections module.

After performing the above steps, kindly clear all caches once more (including LiteSpeed Cache) and test the redirects again. If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings.
