Hello Rank Math Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the Redirections module in Rank Math. Despite trying all available options, the redirections are not functioning on my website. I have:
Cleared all caches (browser, site, and server-level).
Tested multiple types of redirects (301, 302).
Checked for conflicting URLs and slugs.
Disabled other plugins and switched to a default theme for testing.
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. I have raised multiple tickets before, but the problem persists.
Could you please guide me on the next steps to fix this issue? I can provide access or logs if needed to help diagnose the problem.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Redirections module in Rank Math. It sounds like you’ve already taken several important troubleshooting steps. Here are a few additional suggestions that might help resolve the issue:
-
Check for Other Redirection Plugins: Ensure that there are no other redirection plugins installed that might be conflicting with Rank Math. If you find any, consider deactivating or removing them.
-
Inspect the .htaccess File: Check your
.htaccessfile for any existing redirection rules that might be causing conflicts. You can do this through the Rank Math plugin by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Edit .htaccess. Make sure to back up your file before making any changes. -
Use Rank Math’s Debug Redirection Feature: Enable the debug feature in the Redirections Manager to see which rules are triggering redirects. This can help pinpoint the source of the problem. You can enable it by going to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Redirections.
-
Perform a Conflict Check: If you haven’t already, perform a quick conflict check by enabling Troubleshooting mode and disabling Rank Math temporarily to see if the issue persists. This can help identify if another plugin or theme is causing the problem.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your site URL and any relevant logs or access details that could assist us in diagnosing the problem further. A human agent from our support team will take over and provide more tailored assistance.
Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to helping you resolve this issue!

Hello Team,
Thank you for the response. I’m sharing my findings after deeper investigation.
• My site is running on LiteSpeed Server with LiteSpeed Cache plugin
• Rank Math redirections are not written to .htaccess, so redirects depend on WordPress loading
• LiteSpeed cache appears to be serving cached responses before WordPress executes, which prevents Rank Math redirections from triggeringI have confirmed that:
• .htaccess contains only default WordPress + LiteSpeed rules (no conflicting redirects)
• Redirects do not work even when rules are set to simple 301
• Cache is cleared, but URLs previously accessed remain cachedCould you please confirm:
Best-practice configuration for Rank Math Redirections with LiteSpeed + LSCache
Whether Rank Math recommends server-level redirects for LiteSpeed environments
If any Rank Math hook or constant must be enabled to force redirects before cache
I have shared the site URL and temporary admin access in the Sensitive Data section for your review.
Looking forward to guidance from a human agent.
Thanks & regards,
Anushri SystechHello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
To start, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin. The current version is
v1.0.259.1. If you are not on this version yet, we recommend updating the plugin and then testing the redirections again. If the plugin is already up to date, please go to Rank Math → Status & Tools → Database Tools and click on the Re-create Table button. This will rebuild the Rank Math database tables and can help resolve issues related to the Redirections module.
After performing the above steps, kindly clear all caches once more (including LiteSpeed Cache) and test the redirects again. If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

Hello Team,
Urgent Follow-up – Ticket inactive 2+ weeks despite full access provided (expires TODAY). Redirections still broken on production site.
Thanks,
AnushriHello Team,
The previous reply about “Instander app” is not related to my issue. Please ignore that message.
My problem is still the same — Rank Math redirections are NOT working on my LiteSpeed hosting. I have already:
✔ Updated Rank Math to v1.0.259.1
✔ Re-created database tables
✔ Cleared LSCache completely
✔ Excluded redirect URLs from cache
✔ Provided temporary WP Admin access in Sensitive DataExample:
https://anushri.info/stabilizer/ should redirect to
https://anushri.info/stabilizers-manufacturer/Please escalate this to a senior support team and check LiteSpeed compatibility. I am waiting for a resolution.
Hello,
Sorry for the delay in response as the messages you sent here in the ticket were all pending moderation and as such didn’t enter the queue of tickets.
We have gone ahead and approved your reply so our team can see your ticket in the queue.
Back to your issue, you are currently using a Rank Math PRO on your website and this current account of yours is under the Free plan. Please make sure your Rank Math PRO is using the latest version as well as the Free one. You can check the current versions on our changelog page: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
If both the Free and PRO plugins are in their latest build, please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan so we can verify it. Also, the temporary login URL you shared no longer works. Please renew and extend it so we can troubleshoot the issue further.
Looking forward to helping you with this one.
Hello Team,
To clarify responsibility: this issue is not related to hosting, LiteSpeed, users, or SEO configuration.
The problem is an admin-side Rank Math error. The Redirections page fails to load due to a JavaScript error:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘start-date’) from redirections.js.
This indicates a Rank Math plugin bug or corrupted redirections data, not a site misconfiguration.
Please investigate and advise the correct fix (DB cleanup, version issue, or patch).
Thanks.
Hello,
Please renew and extend the temporary login URL so we can check this issue further.
Looking forward to helping you with this one.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello Jeremy / Rank Math Team,
I would like to express my concern regarding this issue, which has been ongoing for more than 15 days now.
I have followed every troubleshooting step suggested by your team:
Updated Rank Math to the latest versions
Re-created database tables
Cleared all LiteSpeed caches and excluded URLs
Shared temporary WP admin access multiple times in the Sensitive Data section
Identified and reported a JavaScript error in Rank Math Redirections (redirections.js – start-date undefined)
Despite all this, the problem is still not resolved, and the ticket has remained inactive for long periods. This issue is affecting our live production website, and redirections are a high-priority requirement for our business.
I kindly request your team to:
Please review the site using the provided admin access
Escalate this ticket to a senior/technical support engineer
Confirm whether this is a known bug, corrupted redirection data, or version-related issue, and provide a definitive fix or workaround
We are not asking for repeated access requests without investigation. We are requesting active debugging and resolution, as we have already cooperated fully.
Please understand our situation and help us resolve this at the earliest.
Looking forward to your support.
Thanks & regards,
AnushriHello,
Apologies for the delay.
We are now able to access your WP dashboard. The issue here is that your Rank Math PRO plugin is way too outdated. Your PRO plugin is currently at
3.0.80while the latest one is3.0.104. You can check our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/To fix this, you’ll have to update the PRO plugin but this account you’re currently using is on the Free plan. Please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan so we can verify it first.
If you don’t have access to a PRO subscription, you either have to uninstall the PRO plugin in your website or purchase a new plan here: https://rankmath.com/pricing/
Looking forward to helping you with this one.
