Redirection not working - Support

HI

I’m trying to redirect http://www.kevinbiggar.co.nz/ccpg to http://www.kevinbiggar.co.nz/ai
I have put the redirection in and activated it and it doesn’t work.
Yes I have tried regenerating the tables.

I’m frustrated as I only use your product once a year and it cant do something as easy as this.
