According to the details you provided, it seems that there was a reason why the Rank Math redirections table was not created.
For initial troubleshooting, please click this button in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools:

Once done, clear your website’s cache and re-import the redirections in Import & Export tool:
https://rankmath.com/kb/import-redirects/#redirection
If that won’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

1. I checked your site but didn’t find any redirection set under Rank Math Redirections. I’ve clicked Re-create Missing Database Tables from on your site. Now you can try to set new redirection on Rank Math.
2. Upon checking your /sitemap_index.xml and /robots.txt it seems like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
