Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please verify if you have already imported the redirections you have set up from your previous SEO or Redirection plugin? You should have an option to import your SEO settings and redirections you have upon installing Rank Math through setup wizard.
However, if you have skipped that step, you can import your redirections in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export
Here’s a link for more information:
https://rankmath.com/kb/import-redirects/
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:
https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/
I hope that helps.
Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hello,
I imported the setting from Yoast SEO. Althoug, it didn’t show those errors before that.
Hello,
The redirection format used here seems to be off. Take for example this link:
https://carlotarubiralta.com/contratar-seo-freelance-agencia/https/carlotarubiralta.com/politica-de-privacidad
There seem to be two instances of the URL. In a real sense, the first link should be relative while the other one should be a full URL. Again the latter does not appear as a URL hence the reason there are errors on bing.
If you had these URLs in the Yoast plugin you can export them from Yoast via CSV and then import them to the Rank Math plugin via CSV as well.
Alternatively, if they are already in the Rank Math plugin, they would have to be defined properly. Make sure the source URL is relative. For example, using the above example:
The source as: /contratar-seo-freelance-agencia/
The Destination as: https://carlotarubiralta.com/politica-de-privacidad
Hope this helps. We are looking forward to assisting you more in case you have any other questions.
Hello,
I didn’t set any redirection with Yoast SEO.
But anyway, How can I delete those redirections? Because I don’t want them. Those are redirections to the privacy policy.
Thanks
Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up.
Since the redirections are not working, they should not appear on your site. Please also ensure that they are not present in Rank Math > Redirections.
If Bing still sees them, you can resubmit your sitemap to recrawl that these pages should not redirect.
I hope that helps.
Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
Hello,
