Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you

Hello,
We created the missing redirection tables on your website and tested inserting a dummy redirection and it seems to be working fine.
Could you please verify this from your end and report back to us?
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hi, I can confirm that redirections are now working. I see that missing redirection tables is an issue that has happened to others installing the plugin, how can I avoid this issue happening again on another install? I had previously installed the plugin via ftp after downloading from the wordpress repository to try and fix the problem but that didn’t resolve the issue. Thank you for your help
Hello,
Please ensure that all systems are up to date, including Rank Math. You may check our plugin requirements here to ensure that Rank Math works properly: https://rankmath.com/kb/requirements/
If this issue happens to you again, attempt to re-create the database tables by heading over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the button “Re-create Tables”.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Thank you.
