Redirection Not Indexing

The redirection option does not control the indexing of the redirected pages. If you would not like the redirected page/post to be indexed, please head over to the Rank Math metabox on the page/post edit page and set it to noindex on the “Advanced tab” as shown below:

It is likely that you have enabled the option to redirect attachments to the post that they appear in. You can disable this option by navigating to Rank Math > General settings > Links as shown below:

To prevent the images from getting indexed, you can set a global noindex option by heading over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Media and check the below optio to set them to noindex:
