The URL you are referencing is called query string i.e. everything after “?” in the URL is referenced as query strings. Currently, we do not have a feature to redirect URLs based on a query string.
You may have to use any other plugin to redirect URLs like that.

Yes, you can use Rank Math along with other Redirection plugins. However, it’s always a good practice to use only one plugin for a purpose. You can disable the Rank Math’s Redirection Manager and use another plugin for redirections. To disable Rank Math’s Redirection Manager, head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard, and disable the Redirections module. https://i.rankmath.com/e4qe4u
Using another redirection plugin with Rank Math’s redirection manager disabled will not affect your SEO.
