First of all, please remove the old domain (with www) from Google Search Console and create an updated property and submit the updated sitemap as well.
Please also share the redirection rule you created to redirect .php URLs to the correct one.

No worries at all. I know you’re stuck in the middle here so I’ll keep easy to understand. Typically the part within Google Search Console isn’t something we’d remove, because if we do, we will lose data, however we tell GSC we now use a differant domain. As of yet, I haven’t done that because it typically doesn’t need to be done, if the www. & non www. are setup correctly.
Either way we should be able to re-direct to www. to non www. URL but as you know from completing, it don’t work.

I am NOT happy with this continued delay in replying. I did not choose you for my website, my web designer did and I have never had such difficulty resolving issues with any other company before!
I have now had to WETRANSFER again the Transcript you asked for over a week ago. YOU HAVE 3 DAYS UNTIL IT EXPIRES.
If it is an issue getting back to me should I use another company?

Thank you for sharing the whole conversation. If we understand properly, can you please confirm if you’ve set some redirections on Rank Math and now they are not working properly due to the www to non-www redirections?
Please note that if you’re trying to redirect any URLs from the www to non-www using Rank Math, it won’t work as we don’t support server-level redirections. But if you’re trying to redirect the URLs in the same domain but to a different URL, please share a screenshot of the redirection you created on your site so that we can check this further for you.

In case we are missing something here, please share some more details and screenshots so that we can understand the issue better.
