I have checked with the health check plugin and even when rank math is enabled along with an mts theme, still can not add any redirection…

I logged into your site and I see the issue. Some fields in the redirection table were missing which was causing problem. Did you alter/change any table created by the Rank Math plugin?
I fixed the issue on your site by removing the redirections table and reactivating the Rank Math plugin.

Thanks but got the same error message again regarding the databases… have to deactivate it until you can have another look as it is a live site with quite a bit of traffic and the owner isnβt happy about it π
