    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve checked the URL, and it is getting a redirect loop error. Upon investigating, it seems that it is redirecting to the link without /product-category/.

    In this case, please check the Remove Category Base in Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce

    Remove category base

    Also, please check if there’s a redirect applied to that URL in Rank Math > Redirections if the issue is only happening on that specific page.

    Thank you for your response. Yes, I redirected this page and the problem only persists on this url. By the way, in the settings I removed the category base and now I turned it off and the url works fine. So this means that I should better leave this option turned off?

    Hello,

    The redirection is in a loop where firstly the URL with category redirects to the without category version and then the opposite.

    There is nothing wrong with enabling the Remove Category Base option, but you should ensure that you do not have a redirection in place that does the opposite i.e., redirecting to the category version of the URL.

    Could you share a screenshot of the redirection edit window where you’ve manually created the redirection for this URL? You can use a tool like imgur.com to easily share the screenshot’s link.
