Upon further investigating, it seems that you have an attachment with the same URL, and the Redirect Attachments option is enabled on your site. If you disable that option, the redirect is working fine. I’ve attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.
This issue leads to an attachment with the same URL /computer-repair-edmonton/, that’s why the redirect is not working. Please reupload those images with a different file name and see if the redirect issue will be resolved.
Please note that the redirect attachment option will automatically have the media URLs prioritized over other similar URLs.

i removed the attachment and checked and tried to redirect. It has the same issue
the link https://techos.ca/computer-repair-edmonton is not being redirected to https://techos.ca instead its just showing blank page

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that there’s still an image with the same slug /computer-repair-edmonton/. Please see the attached screenshot in the sensitive data section.
Also, there’s no redirect for /computer-repair-edmonton/ or /service/computer-repair-edmonton/ added in Rank Math > Redirections upon checking.
Once done, re-upload the image with a different file name, then clear your website’s cache and check if the redirection is already working.
