I don’t know if I did something wrong our it is happening after the update. I found some Errors in Google Search Console Report and upon investigation find out that the following URL is not working.

When I tried to delete Redirection added for this URL then Redirection Manager shows as it has deleted the Redirection and increase the count of Trash but upon refresh all the deleted redirections get automatically restored.
Can you please look into it?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve checked the link you have provided, and it’s still redirecting. You can still search for the deleted redirect because it is in the trash. If you want to delete the redirection, you will need to remove it from the trash.
Could you please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section?
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
