- Under the Import tab, click Choose File to upload your CSV file and then click Import CSV.

Could you please share the CSV redirects you have imported so we can check as well?
You can upload the file on https://wetransfer.com/ or any file-sharing service like Google Drive and add the generated link here.
Meanwhile, please check if the Cron jobs on your website are working properly.
You can install the WP Crontrol plugin and navigate to WP Dashboard > Tools > Cron Events to make sure that the Cron Jobs is working fine on your site.

Also, please check if the redirection tables are created by heading over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status > Rank Math:
