Those URLs are likely when you had a different permalink structure on your website and that is something controlled from the WordPress Settings pages and not related to Rank Math.
In fact, those pages no longer exist because your permalink structure is now different than the default “Plain” and thus we can’t remove those pages.
Since they are returning a 404 error it’s just a matter of time before Google starts de-indexing them.
