I’m having a problem with the redirect module. It hasn’t let me add new ones for a few days. I’ve been clicking the NEW button, but it doesn’t respond. I’ve tried several browsers, and they still don’t work. Clearing the cache, etc., doesn’t work. What can I do?

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the redirect module. It sounds like you might be experiencing a problem with your database tables, which can prevent redirects from being saved or functioning correctly.

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools from your WordPress dashboard.
    2. If the Database Tools option is unavailable, enable Advanced Mode at the top-right area of the screen.
    3. Click on Re-create Missing Database Tables. This will help recreate any missing tables that might be causing the issue.

    Navigate to Database Tools

If this does not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to get this sorted out for you soon!

I’ve done what you’ve indicated, but it doesn’t work. It also doesn’t let me edit any of the rules I’ve created or any of the redirects.
