i didnt understand how to redirect all urls (products and subcategories) if i change the url of first level category.

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
You can redirect all your old URLs including old categories to the new ones using the Redirections module of Rank Math.
You will need to set a regex rule like this:
Source: old-cat/(.*) Match: Regex Destination: https://yourdomain.com/new-cat/$1Here is a screenshot of the setup:
