We have redesigned a website and are listing all redirects.
We created a rule redirecting urls like http://tvlasbloempje.be/BlogItem.aspx?bid=337 who “start with BlogItem.aspx.” and redirect to https://www.tvlasbloempje.be/nieuws/

The redirection however redirects to https://www.tvlasbloempje.be/nieuws/?bid=337, keeping the original ?bid= parameter.

How can we drop any parameters from the url so we have a clean redirect to https://www.tvlasbloempje.be/nieuws/ ?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Unfortunately, the Rank Math Redirection module doesn’t support yet redirecting URLs with query parameters like the source you have shared.

In the meantime, you may need to use .htaccess redirects or a separate plugin that allows this.
