I would like to further debug the issue by conducting a plugin/theme troubleshooting using this guide. However, it turning on troubleshooting mode doesn’t work on your website.
Can you please refer to this guide and see if the issue persists even with only the Rank Math plugin enabled?
If you prefer, you can create a staging website for us, and replicate the issue there so we can further troubleshoot the issue without worrying about breaking your live website.

Sorry for the unexpected delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The issue is caused by the Redirect Attachments option. There is a media file that has the attachment page with the same slug as the URL you are trying to redirect. Please search this image on your live site: https://www.rank.mobiglia.it/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/motoseghe-husqvarna.jpg
And click on the edit the details option. In the editor, click on the Edit Snippet option of our meta box and change the URL of the attachment page to fix the issue. Please check the screencast in the sensitive data section.
