I logged into your website’s admin area and I was able to replicate the issue.
Upon investigating, I found that you also have an image attachment page with the same slug as the affected URL (i.e, /profile
).
Since the attachments are redirected to the homepage and there are two pages with the same slug, the affected URL was also redirecting to the homepage.
As I slightly modified the slug of that image attachment page, the issue was fixed and the page opened properly.
Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Following the screencast, you can change the slug of the attachment page to fix the issue.
