  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the redirect option in Rank Math. It seems like there might be a technical issue preventing you from accessing the page to add new redirects.

To troubleshoot this, we recommend checking the following:

    1. Browser Cache: Clear your browser cache or try accessing the page in an incognito window to see if that resolves the issue.
    2. Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate other plugins temporarily to check if there’s a conflict causing this problem.
    3. Theme Issues: Switch to a default WordPress theme to see if the issue persists.
    4. JavaScript Errors: Check your browser’s console for any JavaScript errors that might be affecting the functionality.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your site URL, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Please navigate to Rank Math → Status & Tools → Database Tools and press the “Re-create Table” button. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

Then, on the same page, press the “Fix Collations” button. See the screenshot below:

After that, try adding new redirect again.

If the issue persists, please let us know and we’ll assist you further.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

Hi, there’s no Fix Collations button on that page (Database Tools)

ok, i looked it up re and enabled the Analytics module. Having done the sequence again as you suggested, the result is ‘No collation mismatch to fix’ and still i am unable to get the ‘add new (redirection) to work.

    Update:
I was a pro subscriber, but did not renew. i’ve just disabled the pro plugin option and now i can add new redirects…

    Hello,

Please note that the Rank Math PRO plugin should be updated and can only be used with an active subscription.

The redirection issue should be fixed, as you mentioned, if you deactivate the PRO plugin on your site.

    Looking forward to helping you.
