Upon investigating, this issue leads to an attachment with the same URL that’s why the redirect is not working since the Redirect Attachments option is enabled on your site. You can also test it by disabling that option, and the redirect works fine.
To fix this, please reupload the what-is-cornerstone-content attachment/media with a different file name or at least change the slug of the attachment via editing it. I’ve included the link in the sensitive data section for that.

I can’t figure out how to “reupload” the image or change its filename.
I changed the permalink of the image on the screen that you linked to in the sensitive information and the redirect still doesn’t work.
Since this image is the feature image of a post that has been updated, and the redirect we’re applying is brings people from that old post to the new one, can we just delete this media file?
Either way, please show me how to “reupload” an image in this situation.

I’ve checked the old URL, and it is already redirecting properly.
If it’s still not working on your end, please clear your website and browser’s cache. You can also check it in a different browser or “incognito” mode in Google Chrome.
